Instructions
Muddle
: In a glass, gently muddle a handful of mint leaves with the lime wedges and 2 tablespoons of sugar to release the mint’s aroma and flavor.
Add Rum
: Pour in 1 1/2 ounces of white rum.
Ice and Stir
: Fill the glass with ice and stir the mixture.
Top Up
: Add a splash of soda water.
Garnish (optional)
: Garnish with a sprig of mint and a lime wedge.
Enjoy!
Notes
If white rum is not to your taste, you can substitute it with vodka of your choice.
