A bright brunch mimosa made with chilled dry sparkling wine, fresh orange juice, and an orange twist.

Instructions
Prepare:
Chill the sparkling wine, orange juice, and champagne flutes. Strain the juice if it contains a lot of pulp.
Pour and Serve:
Pour sparkling wine into each flute until half full. Slowly top with orange juice, leaving room for the bubbles.
Garnish each glass with a thin orange twist and serve immediately.
Notes
Chill all ingredients before mixing.
Pour sparkling wine first to reduce foaming.
Assemble immediately before serving.
