Instructions
Shake and Serve:
Fill a tall glass with fresh ice.
Add the gin, cherry liqueur, orange liqueur, Benedictine, pineapple juice, lime juice, grenadine, bitters, and shaker ice to a cocktail shaker.
Shake hard for 12 to 15 seconds, then strain into the prepared glass.
Garnish with the pineapple wedge and cherry and serve immediately.
Notes
Fresh lime keeps the drink bright.
Shake firmly to create a light pineapple foam.
For responsible service, this recipe makes one cocktail.
