Instructions
Prepare the Glasses:
Spread chile-lime seasoning on a small plate. Rub a lime wedge around each chilled mug and dip the rims in seasoning.
Add ice to the mugs if using.
Mix and Serve:
Stir tomato juice, lime juice, Worcestershire, hot sauce, and Maggi seasoning in a small pitcher.
Divide the seasoned base between the mugs. Slowly pour in the cold lager, stir once gently, and garnish with lime wedges. Serve immediately.
Notes
Tomato-clam juice gives a classic savory profile; plain tomato juice makes the drink vegetarian.
Use non-alcoholic lager for a zero-proof michelada.
