sweetened condensed milk

unsweetened shredded coconut
plus more for garnish

Instructions
Blend:
Add the cachaça, coconut milk, condensed milk, ice, shredded coconut, and lime juice to a blender.
Blend on high for 30 to 45 seconds, until smooth and frothy.
Serve:
Taste and add a little more lime if desired. Pour into chilled short glasses over fresh ice.
Garnish with toasted coconut and serve immediately.
Notes
Use unsweetened coconut milk because the condensed milk supplies the sweetness.
Batida de coco is best served immediately while the drink is cold and frothy.
