Batida de coco is a creamy Brazilian cocktail that pairs the grassy warmth of cachaça with coconut and a touch of lime.
Everything is blended until silky and served very cold, making this an easy party drink with a distinctly tropical finish.

Chill the coconut milk and condensed milk before blending so the drink is cold without needing too much ice.
Serving Suggestions
Pour into short glasses over fresh ice and garnish with toasted coconut or a small wedge of fresh coconut.

Recipe Notes
For a lighter drink, replace half the cachaça with cold coconut water. Blend just before serving for the smoothest texture.
