Instructions
Build the Drink:
Fill a large wine glass with ice and add the Prosecco.
Pour in the Aperol, then add the soda water. Stir once gently with a bar spoon.
Garnish with the orange slice and serve immediately.
Notes
Use plenty of ice so the drink stays cold without becoming watery.
Add the sparkling wine before the Aperol for an easy, balanced mix.
For a lighter spritz, increase the soda water by 1 ounce.
