Ingredients

Spritz

  • 3 oz Prosecco chilled
  • 2 oz Aperol chilled
  • 1 oz soda water chilled
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 large orange cut into a slice

Instructions

Build the Drink:

  • Fill a large wine glass with ice and add the Prosecco.
  • Pour in the Aperol, then add the soda water. Stir once gently with a bar spoon.
  • Garnish with the orange slice and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use plenty of ice so the drink stays cold without becoming watery.
  • Add the sparkling wine before the Aperol for an easy, balanced mix.
  • For a lighter spritz, increase the soda water by 1 ounce.
