Spritz
  • 3 oz Prosecco chilled
  • 2 oz Aperol chilled
  • 1 oz soda water chilled
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 large orange cut into a slice

  • Large wine glass
  • Jigger
  • Bar spoon

Method
 

Build the Drink:
  1. Fill a large wine glass with ice and add the Prosecco.
  2. Pour in the Aperol, then add the soda water. Stir once gently with a bar spoon.
  3. Garnish with the orange slice and serve immediately.

Notes
