Instructions
Blend and Serve:
Add the rum, cream of coconut, pineapple juice, and ice to a blender.
Blend just until smooth and creamy, adding a small splash of pineapple juice if needed.
Pour into a chilled hurricane glass and garnish with pineapple and a cherry.
Notes
Use cream of coconut for the classic sweetness and texture.
Do not over-blend or the ice will melt.
