  • 1 oz cream of coconut
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 wedge fresh pineapple for garnish
  • 1 medium cocktail cherry for garnish

Instructions

Blend and Serve:

  • Add the rum, cream of coconut, pineapple juice, and ice to a blender.
  • Blend just until smooth and creamy, adding a small splash of pineapple juice if needed.
  • Pour into a chilled hurricane glass and garnish with pineapple and a cherry.
