Ingredients
 
 

Coconut Limeade
  • 2 cups full-fat coconut milk chilled
  • 1 cup coconut cream chilled
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup fresh lime juice about 8 limes
  • 4 cups ice
  • 1/4 tsp fine salt
Garnish
  • 1 count lime cut into wedges
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes optional

Equipment

  • High-speed blender
  • Citrus juicer
  • Measuring cup
  • Four serving glasses

Method
 

Blend:
  1. Add the coconut milk, coconut cream, condensed milk, lime juice, ice, and salt to a blender.
  2. Blend on high until completely smooth and frothy.
Serve:
  1. Taste and adjust with a little more lime or condensed milk if needed.
  2. Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with lime wedges and coconut flakes.
