Limonada de Coco is a refreshing Colombian Caribbean drink that blends bright lime with creamy coconut and a little sweetness.
A quick blend creates the drink’s frothy texture, while plenty of ice keeps it cold and refreshing without watering it down too quickly.

Chill the coconut milk and lime juice before blending so the drink is immediately cold and smooth.
Serving Suggestions
Pour into chilled glasses, garnish with a lime wedge and coconut flakes, and serve with grilled seafood or fried snacks.

Recipe Notes
For a less sweet drink, reduce the condensed milk and add sugar only if needed. Blend in white rum for an optional adult variation.
