Ingredients
 
 

Calamansi Juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh calamansi juice strained
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar for simple syrup
  • 1/2 cup water for simple syrup
  • 3 cups cold water
  • 2 cups ice
Garnish
  • 4 whole calamansi halves

Method
 

Make the Syrup:
  1. Combine the sugar and 1/2 cup water in a small saucepan. Warm over medium heat, stirring, until the sugar dissolves. Cool completely.
Mix and Chill:
  1. Combine the strained calamansi juice, cooled syrup, and cold water in a pitcher. Taste and add more syrup or water as needed.
  2. Pour over ice, garnish with calamansi halves, and serve immediately.
