Jamaican rum punch is a festive tropical drink that balances strong rum with citrus, pineapple, sweetness, and aromatic bitters.

This pitcher recipe combines dark and white rum for depth, then uses fresh lime and measured sweetness to keep the fruit flavors bright rather than syrupy.

Chill the juices and rum before mixing so the punch needs less ice and stays flavorful as it is served.

Serving Suggestions

Serve over fresh ice with lime wheels and small pineapple wedges. Offer sparkling water separately for guests who prefer a lighter drink.

Recipe Notes

The punch base can be mixed without ice and refrigerated for up to one day. Add ice and garnishes just before serving. Enjoy responsibly.
