The Singapore Sling is a famous gin cocktail associated with Singapore’s Raffles Hotel, combining fruit, citrus, cherry, herbs, and bitters in a rosy long drink.
This balanced version is shaken hard with ice to chill the pineapple-rich mixture, then strained into a tall glass and finished with the classic fruit garnish.

Use fresh lime juice and unsweetened pineapple juice. Sweetened juice can overpower the small measures of herbal and citrus liqueur.
Serving Suggestions
Serve immediately as an aperitif or with salty snacks, satay, grilled seafood, or spicy Southeast Asian dishes.

Recipe Notes
Measure the small liqueur amounts carefully. The cocktail should taste complex and refreshing rather than simply sweet.
