Fernet con coca is a hugely popular Argentine highball that balances bitter, herbal fernet with sweet, sparkling cola.
A one-to-three ratio keeps the drink approachable, while slow pouring preserves carbonation and controls the foamy head.

Fill the glass completely with ice before adding fernet so the drink stays cold and dilutes slowly.
Serving Suggestions
Serve immediately in tall glasses with salted peanuts or simple savory snacks.

Recipe Notes
Adjust the ratio from one part fernet to two or four parts cola according to taste. Enjoy responsibly.
